![]() If the idea is an "unaltered" sound, going direct is preferred - assuming you have a proper way to go direct. I have specific riffs and themes though and can't figure out how to use the sound itself without any presets and patterns. I have a fantastic library of sounds and really amazed by the sound of acoustic guitars which I would love to use to my songs. Is there any acoustic processor or anything else onboard? Who can answer this question?. I would like to know wether it is possible to use a fishman piezo equipped acoustic guitar with the AmpliFi FX 100 getting a nearly real and clean acoustic sound out of the Guitar. Are there any good presets made for this scenario? There's a preset under templates that's called Quadrophonic that I really love. I have a condenser mic and two regular sm57 style mics. I would like to sound as best as possible through a mic. I am not a big fan of acoustic electric tone and play through a traditional dreadnought. Thats what i use now and it sounds the most natural.Īre there some which can make an electric sound reasonably acoustic? I am not trying to do James Taylor on an electric, but there are those songs which start with acoustic then change to electric that we do on occasion. ![]() ![]() Best i seen though is Cory Wongs acoustic which i tweaked and added a capture i made of a Grace Design Alix preamp. Tried quite a few and struggled to make my own to get an acoustic sound good.
